Three nuts. (An original miniature from my “Flower Miniatures” series)

In this piece, I focused on the subtle textures and earthy tones of three hazelnuts still attached to their leaves. By layering markers and colored pencils, the foliage and shells gain a gently worn, autumnal quality. Each leaf and nut reveals natural variations in color—muted greens and warm browns—inviting a sense of calm reflection on the small wonders of everyday life.

Housed in a neutral MDF frame under protective glass, with a coordinating mat, “Three Nuts” bridges both modern and traditional aesthetics. Display it on its own for a simple, charming statement, or pair it with other works from the “Flower Miniatures” series to create a cohesive botanical collection. With basic care—avoiding direct sunlight and high humidity—this artwork will preserve its organic beauty for years to come.
