In this piece, I sought to capture the delicate stage just before each bloom unfurls, emphasizing the gentle curves and muted hues of the buds. Through careful layering of markers and colored pencils, I’ve drawn out the soft interplay of light and shadow within both the flowers and the vase. The composition highlights the quiet elegance of nature’s transitional moments, inviting a sense of calm reflection.
